Baby Games ("the app") is a collection of educational mini-games for babies and young children. This policy describes our information practices.

Summary

We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. The app runs entirely on your device.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or any contact information.
• We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, or location.
• We do not collect photos, audio, video, contacts, calendar entries, or any content from your device.
• We do not track, profile, or analyze user behavior.

No third-party services, SDKs, or ads

• The app does not include any analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, no Google Analytics, no third-party trackers).
• The app does not display advertisements.
• The app does not integrate with social networks.
• The app does not perform any network requests to our servers or to third parties during normal use.

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Baby Games is directed at children under 13 (and specifically babies and toddlers). Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and comparable regulations such as GDPR-K in the EU:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• We do not require account creation or login.
• We do not enable in-app communication, user-generated content, or social features.
• Parents do not need to provide consent because no data is collected.

If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child, please contact us (see below) and we will promptly delete it.

Permissions

The app requests only the permissions required for gameplay on your device. It does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage (beyond its own sandbox), or any identifiers.

In-app purchases

The app does not include in-app purchases.

Data retention

Because no data is collected or transmitted, no data is retained on our systems.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change these practices (for example, to add optional features that involve data), we will update this policy and clearly notify parents before the change takes effect. Until then, the "no data collected" statement remains in force.
